A friend told me about the ‘golfing’ decor for her family’s dining room and the fact that it cost £2.50.
The furniture cost me £2 and the nails and glue, but it was worth it because it added up to £2k!
This is a bit of a different take on the theme of the past few weeks, as I’ve been busy on the Golf Course of my own, as well as working on some things on the side.
I’m trying to keep the cost of the items as low as possible as I don’t want to over spend on things.
As for the ‘Golfing’, I was hoping to sell some of the pieces that were on my wishlist, but they’re all gone now.
So what can you do with a £2K piece of furniture?
Well, you could decorate with some of those other cheap decorating tricks from Pinterest, but if you’re looking for something a bit more luxurious, then I would recommend spending a bit on a piece of art or sculpture, as these will add up quickly, especially when you’re on the go. You could buy an old painting, or buy a vintage painter’s brush, and paint it, or paint on the wall, or just have the old piece used in a painting.
The painting on the left is for the Crown Prince of the United Kingdom, the painting on the right is for the Duchess of Cornwall, who is not the same as the Duchess of Cambridge.
When I think of the royal family, I think of them as being a family that’s always looking out for their people and their country.
And as long as they’re looking out for each other, the UK’s royal family will always be there to look out for everyone, no matter where you are.
