LONDON – The most expensive piece of furniture you can buy in London can cost as much as £2,500.
That’s according to a new report by the firm that owns the property, which is owned by the property developer and real estate agents Marta Partners.
The firm says the most expensive floor in the whole of the capital could fetch £2.7 million.
Its website says the cheapest floor in a four-bedroom apartment in the CBD could fetch as much – £1,500,000.
And the cheapest place in the city – the cheapest house in the City of London – could be priced at just £700,000, according to the report.
Marta Partners says it has a contract with the Department for Communities and Local Government for the supply of floors for the capital.
It says there are only a handful of floors in London for sale.
It said it was not able to comment on specific floor prices, but that it was happy to negotiate a deal with the department for a particular floor.
The company said it has sold more than 20 floors since the start of the Great London Warming Revolt in October 2017.
It said it is working on building a new floor to accommodate a growing number of people.
Its report says the average price for a one-bedroom flat in London in January 2018 was £3,400, compared with £1.4 million in January 2016.
