The first-ever revival home is now for sale for a staggering $2.5 million in California.
The 727-square-foot home, in Alameda, is in the middle of the Sunset and was purchased for $7.7 million in 2016.
It features a 2,200-square foot kitchen, a three-car garage and three bedrooms.
The new home was built by the Alameda Community Foundation and was constructed with a modern twist, with its original design and color scheme changing.
The new home also includes an additional 1,600 square feet of floor space.
The property is located just north of the town of Alameda.
The house is slated to be sold in September 2021.
