Nashville, Tenn.
— The Predators have found the perfect doll house in the form of an 8,800-square-foot home that was recently renovated for a new tenant.
The renovated house on Nashville’s west side sits on 2,000 square feet of prime real estate with the ability to house up to 30 guests, said Nashville Predators President of Marketing & Media Matt Maloney.
The house is available for rent from $2,500 per month, Maloney said.
The new tenant, who will be announced at a later date, will also be able to move into the house.
Maloney added the home was designed to be a living room and dining room, and can be decorated with many different styles.
The new home will be used for a number of functions in the next year or so, Malone said.
“We’ve had many people who have expressed interest in this property,” Maloney told NHL.com on Tuesday.
“We’ve got a lot of people who are interested in this.
This is a great opportunity for us to expand our footprint.”
The home was recently upgraded with new carpeting, walls, and ceilings, and a new bathroom with new plumbing, Malones said.
There are also new windows, and new appliances.
It will feature a master suite with a full bath, a full kitchen, a dining room and two large bedrooms.
One of the homes’ first tenants is an individual with a disability, who is interested in renting the home, Malony said.
