In 2017, Grace Home purchased an apartment in Seattle, WA.
They renovated the apartment, added a new kitchen, and built a new living room with custom cabinets and a new window.
The project was featured in The Seattle Times and was awarded an award from the Pacific Northwest Association of Realtors.
I’m currently living at Grace’s Seattle apartment.
I love the interior design, but my roommates don’t seem to be very pleased with it.
I was hesitant to give it a try since they are only a few months into their lease, but it looks like the renovation was a success.
The apartment is situated at the edge of the Blue Hill Park and has a private pool.
The apartment’s ceiling is removable, so you can move your furniture to a new place.
My roommate is currently working as a part-time bartender at a local bar and restaurant.
She said the bar and grill is “not the best, but pretty nice.”
There are two rooms upstairs that I can see my room.

Grace’s new apartment is located at 1425 15th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98105.
The listing is for $3,800 per month with monthly maintenance, a $500 security deposit, and a $600 annual rent.
Grace is also a certified sustainable apartment provider.
