A new home in Nashville’s upscale Vanderbilt University district, formerly known as the Westgate Shopping Center, was furnished by KPMG, which will renovate the house and put a roof on the main floor.
The company also purchased the main house’s two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment.
The project is being funded by the Nashville Downtown Development Corporation, which is working with the city to renovate downtown properties.
The contractor is named Blue Ridge Properties, a reference to the blue-gray landscape that stretches through downtown.
